For instance, we support our clients by scouting for new technologies, configuring, and installing on-board systems, provide custom projects and technical installation assistance, either remotely online or on site

Thanks to the selected quality of our products and system components, to our expertise in designing and configuring systems and our experience in professional installation services, we meet the most stringent needs in terms of quality and technology research.

Moreover, in 2018 we made a major investment to develop new certifications and import new technology solutions for thermography, telecommunications, security, and CCTV systems. This ambitious initiative allowed us to open to the P.A. and Law Enforcement segments, and supply special system custom made on our clients’ specifications.

Our story

Time-honored professional know-how

E-Nav Srl was founded in 2009 as the commercial evolution of another company, TeleNautica, from which it inherited the founder’s experience gathered in the marine industry since 1976.

At first our core business focused mostly on professional fishing and leisure boating; afterwards, we also opened to the shipyard segment.

Moreover, with time the company and its technical personnel gathered precious expertise thanks to the collaboration with a major Italian shipbuilding group. Years and years as suppliers of goods and services to the shipbuilding industry, as well as formal dealings with major producers in the industry allowed us to develop a professional and reliable know-how. More recently, new sectors and technologies have allowed the company to increase is expertise as it relates to technology and systems: today our portfolio allows is to offer comprehensive services, from supplying products to providing full system assistance.

Technical services

Our technical service team follows our clients and our installed base along the entire product life. Indeed, we remain at the service of our clients from the very beginning, advising them on the most suitable solutions based on their needs. Moreover, we assist our clients in the installation phase in order to ensure an efficient use of our solutions and, if need be, we also provide training. Finally, we remain at our clients’ disposal all along the products life, catering to their needs in terms of warranty, repairs, and updates.

Navigation thermography and on-board CCTV and infotainment systems are two new, fast-growing industries.

As opposed to sailing and telecommunications, which stand out for well-established, time-tested, and clearly regulated systems, thermography, security, and infotainment projects are defined by countless variables and the most diverse requests.

This is why our designers are meant to configure solutions that blend entertainment, web functionalities and on-board networks with great focus on customization.

Logistics

Every day our logistics department is tasked with issuing orders, inbound material, and its management in our warehouse. Moreover, the team sees to receiving orders and preparing shipping and deliveries.

Everything is strictly compliant with the RINA - ISO9001 certification.

Our team is highly regarded by our clients for its outstanding logistical accuracy, both in terms of order punctuality and paperwork accuracy.

Administration and head office

The administration division, as well as our sales force and the head office, manage orders and provide top-level, comprehensive assistance to our clients.
