As concerns marine consulting, we stand as a single point of contact in support and coordination of all suppliers during installation, production, and delivery.

In case of a complex system, we always start by assessing the suitability with the boat size and the mandatory equipment requirements, as well as the type of sailing and the navigation area, the intended use, and the clients’ specifications.

From this initial assessment, if the project is approved, we move on to designing the blueprints, the system cabling sheet, and the bill of materials in order to manage the purchasing phase.

Moreover, we assess all possible and available options to integrate the project with other on-board systems.

We provide our full support regarding on-board system customization, even when we are not the hardware supplier.

It is often the case that, in lack of proper support during installation, changes are needed in process or even during the delivery, therefore causing delays and unexpected costs.


This is why we offer technical assistance with our personnel physically present at the shipyard; this is paramount to discuss with the production department about new solutions or to solve unexpected setbacks.


Moreover, we provide remote assistance over the phone, by mail or videocall, in order help with, among others, with cabling, support and position technical documents, size sheets for space management and any other relevant information.

In molti casi la produzione di uno yacht può durare anche un anno o più, per cui le condizioni di garanzia devono essere attentamente valutate, anche in fase di selezione dei brand e reperibilità degli apparati.

Per ridurre al minimo potenziali richieste di assistenza è fondamentale la fase di consegna finale che include la corretta impostazione di tutti gli apparati, la configurazione delle integrazioni, i collaudi a terra e in mare in navigazione, e non ultima una fase di crew training.

Aftersales assistance is a pivotal component in the delivery cycle and operational life of a vessel.

In many instances manufacturing a yacht can take one year or more. As a consequence, warranty terms must be accurately assessed, also in terms of brand selection and device availability.

In order to reduce potential requests for assistance to a minimum, the final delivery phase is absolutely key, which should include proper device setting, integration configuration, land, and sea navigation testing and, last but not least, crew training.
