Information under art. 13 Reg.UE 679/16 “General Data Protection Regulation” (GDPR)

Pursuant to art. 13 EU Reg. 679/16 “General Data Protection Regulation” (GDPR), we inform you that the data entered in this form and any other information sent will be processed by the staff exclusively to take charge of your request and provide you with assistance necessary, also contacting her directly via email or telephone. To this end, it is possible that you will be contacted again, via the channels indicated, to provide you with answers and clarifications or to request further information. The legal basis of the processing is art. 6 par. 1 letter B – GDPR.

The data sent will be stored for statistical or backup purposes. They will not be communicated to third parties unless this is necessary to provide you with feedback; it is also possible that the data is processed by professionals (e.g. law firms), insurance companies, brokers or arbitrators. In any case, the data will not be transferred to non-EU countries or disseminated.

We invite you not to transmit any “particular” data (e.g. relating to your state of health, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, etc.); otherwise, by sending the request, you provide consent to the processing of such data (art. 9 par. 2 letter A). The data controller is E-Nav Srl. with headquarters in Via Nino Rota, 12 – 47841 – Cattolica (RN), VAT no. IT03821810409, in the person of the legal representative. There is a Data Protection Officer (DPO) at the Data Controller’s premises; name and contact details are available on the website in the Privacy and legal notes section. You may freely contact the Data Controller, also through the DPO, to assert your rights as provided for in articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77 of Reg. 679/16.
